Wisdom Wednesday: The Importance of Communication Working from home means a lot of technology, and a lot less face to face with clients. Even if we consider video conferencing a face to face, these distanced conversations often lack some of the social cues we use to effectively communicate. It's important that we keep this in mind when we're speaking with others. In this clip Shelene shares a funny story of an instance where knowledge was assumed to be shared, and instead resulted in a miscommunication. It's a nice reminder to always keep our audience in mind, and to remember we don't have the same tools available as before COVID even if we do have more technology.
